Assets By Mia Cancellation Policy

At Assets By Mia, we strive to provide the best possible services to our clients. To ensure availability and manage the schedule efficiently, the following cancellation policy has been established:

  1. Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments- Notice Period: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without any penalty if you provide at least 24 hours notice.- How to Notify: To reschedule or cancel your appointment , please contact via phone, dm’s or email. Contact details are available on the website and on your appointment confirmation email.- Rescheduling Limit: You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times.
  2. Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours Notice- Penalty: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours’ notice, I regret to inform you that no refund will be provided.- Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact Mia directly. We understand that unforeseen events occur and I will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support your request.
  3. No-Show Policy- No Refund: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.- Future Bookings: Repeated no-shows may result, in some cases; a denial of services.
  4. Late Arrivals- Accommodation: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled session. However, the full session fee will still apply.
  5. Policy Updates- Right to Modify: Assets By Mia reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email and the website, and will be effective immediately.
  6. Agreement to Terms- Acknowledgement: By booking an appointment with Assets By Mia, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.- Acceptance: Your signature below confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions
